Sidcup town centre is the commercial heart of this part of the London Borough of Bexley, built around two connected shopping streets — the High Street (DA14) and Station Road (DA15). Sidcup railway station sits between the two, on the Dartford loop line, giving direct trains towards London and out to Dartford and Gravesend.

Anchor stores include a Little Waitrose on the High Street and a Morrisons a short walk away off Jenner Close, with value retailers such as Poundland, The Works and Card Factory nearby. Several bus routes serve the High Street and Station Road, and there is pay-and-display parking close to the shops.
