Following Up Facebook Ad Leads in Sidcup: A Used-Car Example
Someone taps an ad, fills in a form and waits. Who replies first usually wins. How to build the reply for a small motor dealer or any ad-driven business.
For automating follow-up after Facebook ad leads, Dean Keating can help with coaching, consultancy or installation of an AI agent that replies promptly to leads and follows up within limits you agree. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, and works remotely with firms in Sidcup, Bexleyheath and elsewhere. The first call on 07418 627304 is a free discussion.

The form is only the start
An advertiser pays for a click, someone fills in a form, and the lead lands in an inbox. Then it waits. Cold leads cost as much to buy as warm ones.
Dean has a marketing background, and his website says he has driven more than a million orders through Meta ads. That is his own claim, which this directory has not verified. The ad side is not this guide's subject. What happens in the first hour after the form is.
A small dealership as the example
The directory lists one car dealership, and a motor business is a natural fit for Facebook ads. As a hypothetical illustration, imagine a used-car ad. Leads arrive in the evening and at weekends: is it still available, can I come on Saturday, would you take a part exchange?
If the sales team is on the forecourt or off for the evening, those wait.
What the follow-up looks like
1. The lead arrives and the agent replies promptly, including out of hours, within rules you agree, and says it is an automated assistant.
2. It asks what you would: which car, when they want to visit, whether they have a part exchange.
3. It offers visit slots that are genuinely free in your diary and, with permission and confirmation rules you set, books one.
4. If they go quiet, it follows up to the number and timing you agree. It stops on an opt-out, a no, a booking, completion or when a person takes over.
5. Anything it cannot answer, such as a detailed finance question, passes to a person.
What to protect
The agent should only talk about cars you have told it about. Do not let it promise availability it cannot see or quote a figure you have not approved. Leads who ask to stop should have follow-up stopped.
Consent matters too. Someone who submitted an ad form has shown interest, but what they agreed to in that form, and which channels they gave, limits what follow-up is allowed. Check the form's wording and the platform's rules before setting anything up.
Measuring it
Keep the ad spend in view. If more leads reach a booked visit, the follow-up is working. If not, the problem may be the ad, not the reply.
About the provider
Dean is based in Horndean, Hampshire. The work is remote, and paid scope and costs are agreed before work starts. The free call is a discussion. If you want someone who can be on your forecourt, compare local providers.
